Perfect for women who are grey area drinkers, high functioning, busy, thoughtful individuals who know alcohol is no longer serving them. You have tried the ‘just one rule’, you’ve made promises on Sundays now you're exhausted and ready to stop drinking completely. This programme gives you 8 sessions of personal support to help you build confidence, shift habits and feel proud of your sober life.
Every person's relationship with alcohol is different, and so is their journey to change it. That's why my coaching isn't a 'one size fits all' programme. I draw on a wide range of tools, strategies and approaches to meet you exactly where you are and to help you move forward.
Together we look at what's happening in your life right now, the role alcohol plays and what you want your future to look like.
Your sessions may include practical techniques for managing triggers and cravings, building new habits, exploring mindset shifts and creating healthy lifestyle changes that will help you live alcohol free.
Each session is designed to give you personalised support that works for your lifestyle. You'll leave with strategies you can confidently use day to day, building steady progress towards an alcohol free life.

This programme is designed for people who are curious about their drinking and want to explore what life could look like without alcohol. Over four sessions, we’ll work together to bring clarity to your current relationship with alcohol, develop practical strategies for handling cravings and triggers, and build confidence in navigating social or everyday situations alcohol-free.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have your own personalised toolkit and a clear vision of how to move forward with confidence, giving you the foundation to continue your alcohol-free journey in a way that feels both empowering and sustainable.
